We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Nanki Immigration and Consulting Inc. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, as well as directing and controlling daily operations. Additionally, they will evaluate daily operations, open and distribute mail, and plan and organize daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and other productivity software
