We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. in Winnipeg, Canada.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000 CAD.

About the Job

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as preparing minutes and notes;
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records, data, and statistics;
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory;
  • Arranging travel itineraries and making reservations;
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas;
  • Setting up and maintaining filing systems both manually and electronically;
  • Preparing and typing correspondence, forms, and other documents;
