Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Support Coordinator to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, managing digital databases, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Train staff and other workers on new skills and technologies.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- A strong educational background, preferably in a related field.
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word.
- Cultural competency and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 35 hours of work per week, offering a healthy work-life balance.
