About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Support Coordinator to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, managing digital databases, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Train staff and other workers on new skills and technologies.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong educational background, preferably in a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word.
  • Cultural competency and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
