Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the LCBO. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers, sharing product knowledge and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in job rotational duties, including lifting and moving cases, standing for extended periods, and processing customer transactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and wholesale representatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada, with a minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to submit to a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense.
