About the Role

Culligan of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, update records, and maintain accurate information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
