Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at High Rollers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food and labor costs
  • Maintain accurate records of food consumption and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Prepare and cook meals for special events and functions
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
