About the Alliance Manager Opportunity

This hybrid role can be based out of Vancouver or Toronto, offering a unique blend of remote and in-office work.

We are building a world-class Alliances organization and are seeking a seasoned Alliance professional to contribute to the program's growth. The ideal candidate will be in tune with the key players in our ecosystem, such as partners who support ERP platforms like Intacct, NetSuite, and QuickBooks, and have a passion for the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own relations with top GSIs, including RSM, Capgemini, Accenture, EY, and others, to drive strategic partnerships and growth.
  2. Build multi-level relationships within assigned partners, including executive, marketing, sales, and sales support teams, to identify and produce high-quality leads.
  3. Identify opportunities for new alliances and partnerships to expand Tipalti's reach, maintaining a solid pipeline of new potential partners.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to existing and potential partners to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal resources to accomplish enablement efforts, launch partners, and keep partners engaged with Tipalti.
  6. Work closely with the entire field and internal sales teams, pre-sales engineers, and marketing to grow new and incremental revenue.
  7. Provide clear and concise feedback to internal stakeholders on partner programs, product compatibility, ecosystem viability, and Salesforce updates.
About You:
  1. 7+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies, with a focus on alliances and partnerships.
  2. 5+ years of experience managing GSI partners, with a proven track record of scaling and growing new and existing partner ecosystems.
  3. A builder mindset, comfortable sharing ideas, trying new approaches, and focused on achieving team and company short- and long-term goals.
  4. Strong ability to drive execution of strategic initiatives and tactics, with a track record of working in a fast-paced environment and exceeding expectations.
  5. Ability to understand and demonstrate Tipalti's products, as well as interact with product, marketing, sales, and operational teams and executives through various channels.
