The Davidson Institute is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Staff Support: Delegate work to office support staff, train staff, and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
