The Davidson Institute is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will co-ordinate and plan for office services, perform data entry, train staff, and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language
