About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at SUSHI JET ASIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for our customers.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Ensure that all supplies are properly labeled and stored.
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all waste is properly disposed of.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Assist in the loading and unloading of dishwashers.
    • Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and utensils.
    • Perform other general kitchen duties as required.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Will train.
    • Language
      • English.
    • Work Hours
      • 40 hours per week.
    Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
