About the Role

F&F Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve operational efficiency
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on warehouse equipment and machinery
    • Ensure that all equipment and machinery is in good working order
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
  • Work Conditions
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve operational efficiency
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
