About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trades Helper to join our team at Mikes Warehouse Supplies Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our warehouse and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crane Operations: Assist in calculating crane capacities and ensure safe and efficient loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.
  • Site Preparation: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Equipment Assembly: Assist in assembling tower cranes on site, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Warehouse Operations: Support the warehouse team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification, First Aid Certificate, and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
