H.K. SMALL WORLD TRADING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities and performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for warehouse staff.
  • Inventory Control: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including establishing work schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
