Warehouse Manager Job Description

Crystal Kitchens Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe management of our inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, machinery, and electrical and mechanical systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operations Budgeting: Plan and manage the warehouse operations budget to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supply chain logistics role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse environment.
