Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at House of Cars Auto Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and shipping inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: The warehouse environment can be physically demanding, with heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Work Schedule: The work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
