Overview
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a career path with a clear beginning and an open end, filled with opportunities for growth and development.
Our program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in sales, customer service, finance, and operations. You'll learn how to put our customers first, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
With a focus on hands-on learning and mentorship, you'll have the support you need to succeed. You'll also have the opportunity to establish relationships with customers and partners, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
- 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
- A valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years
- Authorization to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
