We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the overall operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating teams, and establishing financial controls to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of organizational policies and programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls; formulating and approving promotional campaigns; and approving overall human resources planning
  • Representing the organization, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegating the necessary authority to them and creating optimum working conditions
