Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales and operations team at VANTAA ENTERPRISE LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing staff, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, including supervising staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Hire and train new staff members or arrange for training as needed.
- Manage stock levels and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
- Authorise returns and exchanges, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably with a similar company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
