Sales Team Lead Position Available

VANTAA ENTERPRISE LTD. is seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team in a dynamic retail environment.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, assigning sales tasks, and managing inventory. Additionally, they should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or CEH degree is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
