Senior Director, Networking Solutions

The Senior Director, Networking Solutions will lead all aspects of Product Management for Enterprise Networking, including discovering market insights and formulating product strategy, articulating the product vision, developing requirements, guiding product development, and championing product commercialization. He/she will manage the Product Management team and will drive collaboration across all areas of the organization.

The Senior Director will also be involved in strategic activities including unique task forces, special assignments and strategic planning as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights and Strategy: Discover market trends, formulate product strategy, and develop requirements to drive product development and commercialization.
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Articulate the product vision, develop a product roadmap, and guide product development to meet business objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage the Product Management team, drive collaboration across the organization, and champion product commercialization.
  • Strategic Activities: Participate in unique task forces, special assignments, and strategic planning to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably technically oriented
  • Proven track record of successful product line management (typically 10+ years)
  • Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment
  • Technical proficiency across entire Networking stack - physical layer, network, cloud software
  • Commercial Strategy and Leadership (sales engagement, channel strategy and management)
  • Marketing (Messaging, Positioning, Marketing mix)
  • Business Judgement and deep knowledge of issues impacting cost, revenue, and profitability
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct Industry experience in Mobile/Industrial/Enterprise Networking
