Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lo Food Enterprises Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Train staff on new menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring timely ordering and inventory management
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
