Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

A Food Fair is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, as well as prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Supervise Food Trolley Delivery: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
