Food Service Manager

Gangnam Street Food is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food preparation and service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
Work Environment:
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 30 to 44 hours per week
