Job Title: Restaurant Team Leader

About the Role:
At MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can establish efficient work methods, supervise staff, and coordinate activities to meet high standards. Your responsibilities will include training staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply needs, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a proven track record of working in fast-paced environments. You should be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Work Environment:
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and resilience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you must be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their shift.
