The Ginza Ichiban Japanese Restaurant seeks an exceptional Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.

We are looking for someone with outstanding leadership skills who can drive performance improvement across the board. Your primary focus will be on supervising staff, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that all customers have an exceptional dining experience.

As Restaurant Operations Leader at Ginza Ichiban Japanese Restaurant, your duties will include:

  • Evaluating daily operations and implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Sourcing and procuring food supplies in collaboration with suppliers
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a skilled workforce
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Addressing customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
