Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to achieve budgetary targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
