Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help employees improve their performance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
