Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator with CSR support to join our team at Imperial Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve shipping and inventory issues
  • Manage backorders and communicate with customers on delivery dates
  • Minimize shipping errors and ensure accurate inventory counts

Requirements

  • Experience with inventory management and shipping coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with inventory control systems
