Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify all inbound shipments for quantity and shipping damage, and perform the established pharmacy receiving process.
  • Manage inventory movement in a FIFO or FEFO manner, ensuring that products are stored and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including waybills and packing slips, and ensure that all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Assist with administrative functions, such as filing and data entry.
  • Monitor and replenish shipping materials as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and perform repeated reaching, bending, and lifting daily.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment daily, and maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment.
  • Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail, and shift priorities quickly to meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and independent worker requiring minimal supervision.
