We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Leadership Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and manage a team of logistics and distribution professionals to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure supply chain performance meets business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain leadership or management
- Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
