Program Overview
MCD McKesson Canada Corporation / La Corporation McKesson Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, process improvement, and business analysis.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current processes, workflows, and business practices to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monitor and enhance KPIs related to supply chain operations, including Lines Per Person Hour (LPPH), cost per line, breakage rates, inventory adjustments, and maintenance scorecards.
Develop and implement action plans to improve KPI performance and achieve operational targets.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Six Sigma training or certification is a strong asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
Ability to host and facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and drive consensus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
