Job Overview

As a Supply Chain Leadership Program participant at PepsiCo, you will gain hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing and distribution facility. This program aims to develop the next generation of leaders in PepsiCo's Supply Chain organization.

Your initial assignment will be to familiarize yourself with our day-to-day business operations and lead a frontline Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for motivating the team, solving problems, and removing barriers to help 'win the shift.'

You will also track business-critical KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo's journey to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company.

Responsibilities
  • Apply theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting, and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability.
  • Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production.
  • Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization, and quality.
  • Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipate, and correct trends that compromise financial targets.
  • Oversee and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP, GMP, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team-player with a 'roll-up your sleeves' approach.
  • A passion for and demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement.
  • An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude.
