As a Supply Chain Leadership Program participant at PepsiCo Beverages, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing and distribution facilities, where you will gain hands-on experience in leading a frontline Supply Chain organization.
This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a leadership role. You will be responsible for motivating a frontline team, problem-solving issues, and removing barriers to help "win the shift." You will also be responsible for tracking business-critical KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo's journey to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company.
Responsibilities- Apply theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting, and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability.
- Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production.
- Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization, and quality.
- Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipate, and correct trends that would compromise achievement of financial targets.
- Oversee and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
- Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP, GMP, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
- Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative team-player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach.
- A passion for and demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement.
- An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude.
