Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
