Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mary Browns Chicken#6570 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal cost control.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.

  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
