Job Summary

PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
