Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ont Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
