Executive Sales Team Lead

Fibretech Distributors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Team Lead to oversee the sales team and drive business growth.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training new recruits, and ensuring efficient operations.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication, and teamwork is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar position and excellent leadership skills.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet sales targets and improve overall performance
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and areas of expertise
- Hire, train, and develop new sales staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and team performance
- This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring exceptional time management and organizational skills
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances
- 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in retail or sales management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
