Residential Property Maintenance Professional

We are a reputable company seeking a reliable live-in caretaker to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of our apartment/condominium complex.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent position with hours ranging from 35 to 48 hours bi-weekly.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a residential property maintenance professional. The job requires minimal supervision and involves various tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. Additionally, you will need to empty trash cans and other waste containers, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, and maintain a high level of organization and reliability.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar position. You should also possess dependability, organized skills, and a strong ability to work independently. A criminal record check is required for this position.
