We are seeking a reliable and organized Residential Caregiver to join our team at 1 and Only Riverside Accommodations. As a key member of our household maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our apartment complex.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced apartment complex environment with minimal supervision.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, organized, and reliability.

Work Details: 30 to 40 hours bi-weekly, permanent position, and English language required.
