About the Role

This part-time regular position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic Residential Care Unit, providing care and support to clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, promoting health and healing, and providing education to achieve optimum care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients/patients/residents in a residential care setting
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimum care outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of clients/patients/residents
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client/patient/resident care and treatment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Practical Nursing diploma
  • Licenses - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Competencies - Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, Basic - Computer skills, Organizational skills, Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
