Job Title: Supply Chain Leadership Program

Overview

This is a leadership development program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a supply chain leadership role at PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

  • Apply theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
  • Execute Annual Operating Plan for Production
  • Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
  • Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipate and correct trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Oversee and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative team-player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach
  • A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement
  • An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude
