About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at 360-Degree Supply Chain Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
