Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a Physiotherapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients. You will provide competent, safe, and ethical care in settings such as physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-informed practice to achieve effective outcomes related to patient participation in valued activities
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being

Requirements

- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long term care, or community setting preferred
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
