Physiotherapist - Primary Care Specialist

Northern Health Authority seeks a qualified Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Primary Care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.
About the RoleThe Physiotherapist will provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
This position involves working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We offer a comprehensive benefit package, four weeks' vacation after one year of service, and financial support for moving expenses for eligible positions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on condition management and prevention strategies.
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Two years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community settings preferred.
- Valid BC Driver's license where required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
