About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Exchange Traded Funds. As a key member of our ETF Services team, you will play a central role in the development and launch of our new ETF service model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the ETF service model, ensuring seamless integration with technology infrastructure.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of National Bank's ETF Services, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with multiple lines of business to identify and mitigate risk issues in real-time.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and support ongoing customer service.
  • Lead and oversee the management of vendor relationships and external partnerships.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in ETF servicing and management. You will have a Master's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and between 7 and 10 years of experience relevant to the role.

You will have experience in the asset management or servicing industry, ideally in the back office or middle office, and experience in managing supplier relationships. You will also have in-depth knowledge of ETF servicing and be passionate about managing end-to-end processes.
