About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Exchange Traded Funds. As a key member of our organization, you will play a central role in the development and launch of our new ETF service model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Launch ETF Service Model: Collaborate with technology infrastructure experts to design and implement a comprehensive ETF service model that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Oversee ETF Services: Ensure the development and continuous improvement of the ETFs' end-to-end service model, including day-to-day operations and risk management.
  • Facilitate Inter-Organizational Communication: Collaborate with multiple lines of business to identify and address risk issues in real-time.
  • Lead Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships to ensure compliance with agreements and best practices.
  • Support Customer Service: Provide guidance on best practices and support ongoing customer service to ensure exceptional client experience.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in the asset management or servicing industry, with a focus on ETF servicing and vendor management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
