Job Title: Director of Exchange Traded Funds

At National Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Exchange Traded Funds. As a key member of our ETF Services team, you will play a central role in the development and launch of our new ETF service model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the ETF service model, ensuring seamless integration with technology infrastructure.
  • Oversee the end-to-end service model, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Facilitate inter-organizational communication to identify and mitigate risk issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Lead the management of vendor relationships and external partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the asset management or servicing industry, with a focus on ETFs.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ETF servicing and end-to-end processes.
  • Industry accreditations and certifications are an asset.
