Job Title: Construction Manager

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Direct and supervise construction teams to promote productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and control construction costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the construction process.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in civil construction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
