Job Title: Construction Manager

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Direct and supervise construction teams to promote productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and control field costs, forecast costs to complete, and implement cost control procedures.
  • Negotiate and administer construction contracts with contractors.
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures for turnover of completed facilities to Operations.
  • Manage liaison between project design engineering and field personnel.
  • Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented and maintained.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in civil construction.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and proprietary software.
  • Able to mentor Field Engineers and young Project Managers.
  • Good people skills and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong background in earth works and underground utilities.
  • Valid driver's license (class 5) and driver's abstract.
  • Proficient English language skills.
